Apart from viewing the template details, the team managers and analysts can also view a detailed graphical report.

To view the graphical report, click "View Report" corresponding to the Template ID.

The following details are illustrated in the graphical format:

  • Sent Count: Specifies the number of templates sent to a customer.
  • Reply Count: Specifies the number of replies received from the customer (in response to the sent templates).
  • Reply Rate: Specifies the percentage replies for the template sent.

A Pie Chart is displayed representing the breakup.

Download Report

Team manager can download individual Facebook template report as well.
To download a report, click "Download" icon in the action column of a specific Template ID. The report is downloaded in .csv format. Refer to the image below.
