Team managers and analysts can generate a report on the number of messages sent to customers for a specified period.
To view and download sent messages logs,
- Go to Customer Care Console > Reports > Sent Message Logs.
- Select the From Date and To Date from the calendars.
- Click Generate Report to display the results on the screen.
- Click Download Report to download the report in Excel format on the local drive.
- To search any specific log, enter the keywords in the search field and the related results will be displayed.
The report can be sorted in ascending or descending order based on Chat ID, Customer ID, Channel, Message, Sender ID, Template ID, Agent Name, Status, Sent Date, or Message Type.
