About Reports

Reports are an integral part of the Webex Engage application. The team managers and analysts can generate various reports based on the requirement. The Team Manager can analyze the information presented in the reports and take the necessary actions to ensure the smooth running of the services. An easily accessible dashboard and trends section help the Team Manager view important stats. Most of the reports generated can also be downloaded.

To navigate to reports, go to Customer Care Console > Reports.
