Signing Out

Follow these steps to sign out of the Webex Engage application:

1. Click the Profile icon on the top-right pane of the Chat Console page.
   The following drop-down list appears.

2. Select Sign Out.
   The Close the Chat window appears on the screen.

3. Select the Reason for the drop-down list.
   If the administrator has configured a survey for a team, then you will view an agent survey on the Close the Chat screen.
4. Complete the agent survey and click Submit and Close Chat.
5. If the administrator has configured Skip the survey setting while configuring a survey, you will view the Skip and Close Chat button on the Close the Chat screen. In that case, you can click Skip and Close Chat to close the chat.
