API Channel

Webex Engage’s API channel enables developers to perform create, read, and update operations on the conversations and agent resources using the APIs exposed by Webex Engage. To start using the APIs, developers would require the following:

  • API Key: To be shared by the client administrator
  • Domain Name: Tenant URL (Example: .imi.chat)
  • Service Key: To be provided by IMImobile

Out of office hours settings on Webex Engage are not applicable to API channel.
