Survey Reports

Team managers can view, search, and download the customer and agent survey reports from the surveys screen. The reports help track the feedback of an asset that can improve customer and agent delight.

To view the customer survey search results, follow these steps:

  1. Under Customer Surveys tab, select the Survey Name and Asset from the respective drop-down lists.
  2. Select Survey Initiation Date range.
  3. Click Search.
    The respective search results will be displayed on the screen.

Note:

The download option in the Action column is not active for all the surveys. It is active for only those surveys that have at least one submission.

  1. You can choose to view all the search results at once by selecting All option in the respective drop-down lists.
  2. You can even enter a specific team name in the search field to view an individual survey.
  3. Click Download icon in the action column of a specific survey to download it.

Agent surveys

To view the agent survey search results, follow these steps:

  1. Click Agent Surveys tab.
