Channel Assets

Administrative users can converse with customers on various channels by configuring assets on the Webex Engage application. Administrative users can even manage channel assets and share them across different teams. This will make it easier for customers to reach out to businesses through various channels and for us to provide them with the best possible service.

You can create the following channel assets on the Webex Engage React application:

• Apple Messages for Business (AMB)

• Facebook
• LiveChat

• Twitter
