Navigating within Webex Engage

On successful login, the team managers will navigate to the Webex Engage dashboard page.

The team manager can access the following menus:

  • Chat console
  • Search
  • Social mentions
  • (This module populates when the team manager has access to handle social channels i.e. Twitter and Facebook)
  • Real-time dashboard
  • Reports
  • Settings

Apart from the menus mentioned above, the other features available on the chat console page are:

  • Availability status
  • Switching teams
  • Customer details
  • Templates
  • Help
  • Sign-out
