Tagged Chats

This feature enables the team managers and analysts to generate and view reports filtered based on tags. The team managers and analysts can search for tagged chats (for specific time duration), view the detailed chats, and the chat thread for each tag. The chat details and the chat thread can be downloaded in excel format.

To navigate to tagged chats,

  1. Go to Customer Care Console > Reports > Tagged Chat.

Here, the team manager can:

  • Generate Tagged Chat Report
  • View Chat Details
  • View Chat Thread
  • Download Summary Report
