Webex Engage's REST API have Rate Limits set on them. Every response given by IMIchat's API endpoints furnishes the following details in the response headers:

Headers | Description |

trxid | Unique transaction ID generated by Webex Engage in response to the request. |
Rate-Limit-Limit | The rate limit set for your Webex Engage tenant |
Rate-Limit-Remaining | No. of requests remaining for the day |
Rate-Limit-Reset | Timestamp when the rate limit will be reset |
By default, each tenant is given a rate limit of 10,000 requests/day and the limit resets at the start of the day i.e. at 00:00:00
