This JS method allows developers to check if the customer has initiated at least 1 chat on the Livechat widget within a given browser session.
If at all the website uses different widgets on various pages, this method allows the developer to check whether to initialize the new widget or let the old widget remain loaded depending on whether or not the customer has interacted with the widget.
The method returns a 'boolean' value
