Manage

To navigate to manage section, go to Customer Care Console > Settings > Manage.
In manage section, team managers can manage following:

• Users
• Customers
• Templates
• Blocklist Words
• Tags
• Do-Not-Disturb List
• Surveys
• Banned Customers
