Pasting message to send and log disparity
Why does a word with an apostrophe pasted into message field send fine to customer and look good on console but come out as a series of special characters on log reports?

Can you get an IP address of the customer speaking to you?
Currently we have an annoying web chat visitor who we want to ban, the only way I can s ee of blocking them is with an IP address in the website asset, but **how do I find their IP**?
